Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in Creative Compass, you agree to the following terms: 1. Enrollment & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your seat. Full payment must be completed prior to the first session, unless a payment plan is arranged. Payment plans are available in 2 or 3 monthly installments and must be paid in full by Week 6 of the program. 2. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of this course and limited cohort size, refunds will not be issued after the first session. If you withdraw before the program begins, your deposit will be retained, but any remaining balance will be refunded. If you must withdraw due to an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss options or potential credit toward future programming. 3. Attendance & Access Sessions are recorded and replay access will be provided for enrolled students. Live participation is strongly encouraged to get the most out of group discussions, guest mentorships, and networking. Students who miss more than 3 sessions without communication may lose access to live bonuses or private mentorship options. 4. Community Guidelines This is a collaborative, inclusive space. Respect, confidentiality, and mutual support are expected from all participants. Orm Muse Collective reserves the right to remove participants from the program without refund for violating community standards.
